For our Customers, we use this information to provide you with goods and services you have requested or purchased from us, for billing and account management, and occasionally to communicate with you about other related services that Essential Security offer that may assist you in your business.
For our Prospective Customers, we may use your personal information for our legitimate business interests. This means the interests of our company in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service, which we believe would also provide benefit for your business and can also apply to processing that is in your interests as well. When we process your personal information for our legitimate interests, we make sure to consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative), and your rights under data protection laws. Our legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests – we will not use your Personal Data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).
For our Trusted Partners, we use this information to undertake the provision of goods and services with you for our own and our Customer’s business needs and for billing and account management.
